The Void Horror

As you approach Arbaziloth's gate, a figure materializes - but it's not a Void Horror. It's Azrakael. The Fallen One. Again. But he's different now. He's no longer celestial, no longer spirit, no longer even humanoid. He's void itself, given shape. He has fully merged with the void at the threshold. "Third time, mortal," his voice echoes from everywhere and nowhere. "You killed my body. You dispersed my spirit. You destroyed my soul-general form. But here, at the edge of creation, the Corruptor gave me its greatest gift. I am void now. I am the Corruptor's voice. Its hand. Its true lieutenant. And I will not let you pass." He attacks with the power of the void itself - reality bends around him, light cannot escape him, and his touch erases. This is Azrakael the Voidborn. The Last Seraph fights beside you, her celestial blade blazing against his void-form. "He's too strong!" she shouts. "But he's connected to the Corruptor - every wound you deal him weakens the Corruptor's grip on the threshold!" You fight with everything you have. And as you strike the final blow, Azrakael's void-form screams - a sound that tears through reality itself. "I was the bridge, mortal," he gasps. "You severed me. But the Corruptor doesn't need bridges anymore. It has you. It has always had you." He dissolves into nothing. The path to Arbaziloth is clear.
