Server Rules
This page documents all server rules for the Aetheria MMORPG. Players are expected to know and follow these rules at all times.
Community Rules

| 1 | No Hate Speech | Racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited. |
| 2 | No Offensive Language | Excessive profanity, insults, or abusive language toward other players is not allowed. |
| 3 | No Harassment | Do not stalk, threaten, or repeatedly target another player with malicious intent. |
| 4 | No Spamming | Repeating messages, flooding chat channels, or advertising other servers is prohibited. |
| 5 | No Scamming | Deceiving other players in trades, market offers, or any interaction to steal items or gold. |
| 6 | No Inappropriate Names | Character and guild names must not contain offensive, racist, or sexual content. |
| 7 | Respect Staff | GMs and admins are volunteers. Disrespecting, impersonating, or harassing staff is not tolerated. |
Gameplay Rules

| 1 | No Gold Farming | Selling in-game gold, items, or accounts for real-world money is forbidden. Includes buying from third parties. |
| 2 | Maximum 2 Accounts | You may not play on more than 2 accounts simultaneously. Multi-boxing beyond this limit is disruptive. |
| 3 | No Bug Abuse | Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage is prohibited. Report bugs instead. |
| 4 | No Disruptive Behavior | Mob training, blocking NPCs/paths, or intentionally disrupting other players' gameplay is not allowed. |
| 5 | No Third-Party Software | External tools, macros, or bots beyond the built-in idle system are forbidden. Only built-in automation is allowed. |
| 6 | No Account Sharing | Sharing account credentials with other players is not allowed. You are responsible for all actions on your account. |
| 7 | No Market Manipulation | Artificially inflating or crashing market prices through coordinated trading is prohibited. |
Allowed Automation (Built-in Idle Features)
The following features are built into the game server and are the only automation allowed:

| Chase Mode | Auto-follows a target creature when it moves out of weapon range. | Toggle via SetStance { chase: true }. |
| Auto-Eat | Eats food from inventory when food level drops below a configurable threshold. | Toggle via SetBotSettings { auto_eat: true, auto_eat_threshold: 100 }. |
| Auto-Potion | Drinks the best available HP/MP potion when health or mana drops below a configurable percentage. | Toggle via SetBotSettings { auto_potion: true, auto_potion_hp_pct: 40, auto_potion_mp_pct: 20 }. |
| Auto-Sell Trash | Periodically sells Normal-rarity items with no affixes and no equipment value for gold. | Toggle via SetBotSettings { auto_sell_trash: true }. |
| Autobank | Automatically deposits gold coins to your bank account on pickup. | Toggle via ToggleAutobank. |
Any automation beyond these built-in features — including external macros, auto-clickers, or third-party bot software — is a violation of the rules and will result in a ban.
Penalties

All penalties are at the discretion of the staff team. Appeals can be made through Discord or in-game mail to an admin.
Reporting Violations
If you witness a rule violation, report it via:
- In-game mail to a staff member
- Discord ticket in the official server
- Forum report in the Reports section
Please include screenshots or chat logs when possible. False reports may result in penalties.
